Go to Settings -> Import Management -> Users<\/p>\n

at the top right select “Import Unsubscribed”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

By clicking on it, it will be possible to proceed with the upload of the file in a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n

To make it easier for you to do this, we recommend that you download the sample file first, by clicking on “Download the sample CSV file” at the bottom left corner in order to be sure to upload the correct file format, with all the fields correctly filled in.<\/p>\n\n

There are 5 mandatory fields to be sent for each user:<\/p>\n\n

1) id_utente<\/strong>A unique user identifier is a numeric field.(Each portal user must have a unique ID)<\/p>\n\n

2) Email<\/strong>Email with which the user signed up.(Must be a valid email format)<\/p>\n\n

3) Type<\/strong>User Type is a numeric field.(To unsubscribe from the newsletter this value must be 3)<\/p>\n\n

4) f_attivo<\/strong>Indicates whether the user is active, a Boolean field.(Allowed values: true or false)<\/p>\n\n

5) f_cancellato<\/strong>Indicates whether the user is inactive, a Boolean field.(Allowed values: true or false)<\/p>\n
