in the menu on the left and then selecting the &#8221; <strong>Trigger<\/strong>&#8221; item. and finally &#8220;<strong>Scheduled<\/strong>&#8220;<br\/>Once you have accessed the dedicated section, click on &#8220;New trigger&#8221; at the top right.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-original=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/immagine-corretta-trigger-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10570\" style=\"width:246px;height:384px\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n<p>In the<strong> basic settings<\/strong> , you can also enter the following fields:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong>: enter the name you want to assign to the trigger;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong>: enter a full description of the trigger:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Segment<\/strong>: select the segment to which you want to send the trigger (for this trigger, it is mandatory to select a segment);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In <strong>step 3<\/strong> of the configuration, select the &#8220;Abandoned Category&#8221;
