The Abandoned Products Trigger is triggered when a user has added products to their cart but then removed them at checkout.<\/p>\n\n

To proceed with the configuration of this trigger, select the item “Journey” in the menu on the side and then choose the “Trigger” option and finally “Scheduled.Once you have accessed the section, you can create a new trigger by clicking on “New Trigger” at the top.<\/p>\n

At this point you will be able to set the Advanced Configurations.<\/p>\n\n

In this step, you can set the time range in which the trigger condition will be checked. In this period of time we will check if the product is removed from the cart after it has been added, and if so, we will trigger the trigger.<\/p>\n\n

After creating our trigger, simply create an experience from it, following the steps in the guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n
