A Welcome Message Trigger allows you to engage a user in Real Time when they register on the Portal or Newsletters.<\/p>\n\n

Being Real Time, the segments that can be used are segments composed of contextual filters.<\/p>\n\n

To configure this filter, click on Journey -> Trigger -> Real Time -> New Trigger and in step 3 of the configuration select the “Welcome Message” trigger. To learn how to set up all configurations, read the article “Configure a trigger<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

In the next step, there are no other settings to select in Advanced Setup, so you just need to click Save and we’ve created your trigger.<\/p>\n\n

Once you have created the trigger, you will need to go and create the experience from it, as explained in the appropriate guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n
