{"id":13508,"date":"2024-03-20T16:38:53","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T15:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/article\/sales-attribution-to-blendee-channels\/"},"modified":"2024-03-20T16:38:53","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T15:38:53","slug":"sales-attribution-to-blendee-channels","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.streamwise.it\/en\/article\/sales-attribution-to-blendee-channels\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Attribution to Blendee Channels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Blendee&#8217;s Analytics, it is possible to check how many sales have been made through the platform&#8217;s Marketing Automation activities.<\/p>\n<p>A sale can be attributed to three different channels in Blendee, independent of each other:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Newsletter<\/li>\n<li>Trigger<\/li>\n<li>Personalized elements (Recommendations, Behavioural Messages and Widgets)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, it is possible for more than one source to participate in the same sale.<br \/>\nBlendee&#8217;s attribution policy is that of <strong>last click per channel<\/strong>, whereby a sale is attributed to the last item of the specific channel with which it was interacted.<br \/>\nThe time frame that is taken into consideration is 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>To give an example:<\/p>\n<p>User Click on Newsletter (Click  <strong>C1<\/strong>) -&gt;  Click Trigger.  <strong>C2<\/strong>) -&gt;  Click on Personalized element (Click  <strong>C3<\/strong>) -&gt;  Click on Newsletter 2 (Click  <strong>C4<\/strong>) -&gt;  Click Trigger 2 (Click  <strong>C5<\/strong>) -&gt;  Click on Personalized element 2 (Click  <strong>C6<\/strong>) -&gt; <strong>User completes the purchase.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The attribution of the sale will take place for all three channels with which the user interacted, but taking into account only the last clicked element for each channel.<br \/>\nIn the case of the example above, in the three below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Newsletter 2 -&gt; <strong>C4<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Trigger 2 -&gt; <strong>C5<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Personalized elements 2 -&gt; <strong>C6<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wrap-post-useful post_useful_13508\">\n<p><div style=\"color: black; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><strong>Was this content useful?<\/strong><\/div><\/p>\n<p class=\"post_useful_success post_useful_success_13508\">Thanks for contributing!<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-useful-buttons post_useful_buttons_13508\">\n<a href=\"javascript:;\" style=\"border:0px;\" title=\"Yes\" class=\"post-useful-vote post-useful-vote-yes\" data-id=\"13508\" data-rate=\"1\">Yes<\/a>\n<a href=\"javascript:;\" style=\"border:0px;\" title=\"No\" class=\"post-useful-vote post-useful-vote-no\" data-id=\"13508\" data-rate=\"0\">No<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Blendee&#8217;s Analytics, it is possible to check how many sales have been made through the platform&#8217;s Marketing Automation activities.
