When we send a newsletter, it may happen that some users request to no longer receive our communications or that some email addresses, within our mailing lists, are incorrect.<\/p>\n\n

To export these lists, from the Blendee panel, simply move to Direct marketing -><\/em> Email-Marketing:<\/em><\/p>\n

By selecting “manage” you can then proceed by clicking on the “Export” button and choosing from the List of Unsubscribed Users or List of Bounces (failed submissions).<\/p>\n\n

At this point, the platform will send the list, in CSV format, to the email address that requested it:<\/p>\n

In the export file of failed submissions you will find the fields: mail, tipo_bounce (Soft or Hard) and data_acquisizione.<\/p>\n\n
