By clicking on the “Target” item on the main dashboard and then accessing the “Segments” section, it is possible, at any time, to manage the priority of each segment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Segment prioritization is an important setting as it allows you to tell Blendee’s AI engine which segment to give importance to if a user is present (as often happens)<\/em> in multiple segments.<\/p>\n

By creating a new segment, you can choose what priority to assign to it.<\/p>\n\n

Clicking on “New Segment<\/strong>” will open a popup where you can enter information to proceed with the configuration.Among these is the priority field.<\/p>\n

Within the drop-down menu that appears by clicking on the field, you can select the priority to be assigned to the segment, choosing between a value between 10 and 100, where 10 is the highest value.<\/strong>This allows us to also create trees in segments with similar characteristics but different priorities.<\/p>\n\n

To change the priority of an existing segment, just go to the list of segments and click on the Edit button corresponding to the element we want to edit.<\/p>\n

At this point, the page for setting filters will open and you will need to click on the edit icon \"\"<\/a> next to the segment name. A window will open to change the segment settings, including priority.<\/p>\n\n

Once you have made the change, just click on the Confirm button.<\/p>\n
