{"id":14199,"date":"2017-05-04T11:52:59","date_gmt":"2017-05-04T09:52:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/article\/filtri-contestuali\/"},"modified":"2024-03-21T09:51:35","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T08:51:35","slug":"filtri-contestuali","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.streamwise.it\/en\/article\/filtri-contestuali\/","title":{"rendered":"Real-Time Filters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the article <a href=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/article\/filtri-glossario\/\">Filters \u2013 Glossary<\/a> we made a brief presentation of the macro categories of filters.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this article we delve into the macro category of <strong>Real-Time Filters<\/strong>, i.e. the actions that the user performs in real time on the website.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can create and add a filter when creating a segment by clicking on the <strong>Add Filter <\/strong>button and then selecting <strong>New Filter. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>By choosing the type of filter &#8220;Real Time Filter&#8221; from the drop-down menu, it will then be possible to add the condition.<br\/>If you want to add more conditions, just repeat the operation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-29-alle-12.12.24.png\" data-lbwps-width=\"1894\" data-lbwps-height=\"684\" data-lbwps-srcsmall=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-29-alle-12.12.24.png\"><img data-original=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Screenshot-2023-08-29-alle-12.12.24-1024x370.png\" alt=\"Blendee New Filter Creation\" class=\"wp-image-9418\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>There are two types of conditions for Real-Time filters, which we will see in detail in the chapters below.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contextual<\/h2>\n\n<p>The contextual category collects all the general metrics related to the user&#8217;s current navigation section on your site. These actions are those tracked in real time through Blendee&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/article\/istallazione-standard-codice-di-tracking\/\" data-type=\"article\" data-id=\"2041\">tracking script <\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Province<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On mobile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anonymous user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Page Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Countryside<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View Page Url<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Url of the page of origin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authenticated user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First logout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browsing session duration (seconds)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of page views in session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen width (px)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen Height (px)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amount of product seen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viewed Product Id<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Category Id Viewed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SKU of a product seen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability of the visa product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available quantity of the product seen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the product seen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viewed Product Tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand of a product seen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View Category Id<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View Category Name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trolley<\/h2>\n\n<p>The cart category is a subset of the previous one, always contextual to user navigation, it collects the metrics related to the cart currently in the user&#8217;s possession<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cart value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of products in the cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name in cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand a product in your cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category of a product in the cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Id of a product in the cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tags a product in the cart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>N.B.: Obviously, for portals that only have content, there will be no Shopping Cart class.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Persistent in session<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"171\" height=\"35\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.blendee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Schermata-2022-05-27-alle-11.31.36.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7986\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n<p>When this option is on, the user will be inside the filter for 30 minutes after the filter normally exits.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>When this option is activated, the user is always considered within a specific filter for 30 minutes after his &#8220;real&#8221; exit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><strong>Blendee&#8217;s calculation of contextual filters takes place in real time.
