Blendee is a Marketing Operating System<\/strong> that allows you to increase sales by offering visitors a personalized and pleasant shopping experience by analyzing their behaviors and showing the most relevant products for each user. To help you succeed, Blendee combines the capabilities of Customer Data Platform<\/strong>, Ad Server<\/strong> , and Data Management Platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In order to interact optimally with the customer’s web store, the latter is asked to create a series of “.csv<\/strong>” feeds to be created according to the specifications presented below.<\/p>\n\n

Initial Platform Setup<\/h2>\n\n

In order to start using the Blendee platform, with the help of our technical support, you will need to complete the following requests:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Provide Blendee with a minimum set of information<\/strong> about your e-commerce site as well as the catalogs of the products you manage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Prepare the information flows <\/strong>(feeds) and<\/em> schedule the sending of updated information, in possession of your CRM systems, to the Blendee platform, relating to users, products, orders, incentives, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Implement the necessary tracking scripts<\/strong> on your site to provide Blendee with live data on user activity while browsing your site.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
